Cycling
strategy
A new cycling
strategy for Reading has been created, which aims to encourage
more people
to take up
cycling by making
it easier
to get
around the town by bike. Whether
pedal-power is already your chosen form of transport,
or you still
need
some convincing before switching
to two wheels, Reading Borough
Council is encouraging people to take some
time
to look
at the new
Cycling Strategy and
come forward
with
their views. The Strategy is available
for download at: www.reading.gov.uk/transportandstreets
If
you have any comments on the Strategy, please complete the contact
form
attached to this
webpage. The closing
date for
comments is
14 March 2008.
