Planning

The application to change the use of Garrard House (20 Garrard Street), from offices to a 106 bed apart-hotel, with a spa at basement level and a café at ground floor level has been granted (February’s enews refers).

Central floral displays

New floral displays will be installed across the centre this month with additional business-funded displays in Queen Victoria Street, Cross Street, Market Place and at key road junctions.
